When you join the DUNMORE early list, you’re trusting us with a small part of your coffee routine and your interest in maple and functional coffee. We use that information to understand interest, keep the list working, and communicate with you as agreed.
What we collect
Depending on the answers you choose to share, we collect:
- Your email, an optional first name for coffee drinkers, and an optional city or postal code.
- Answers about where coffee fits your routine, what could earn a first try, the kind of function you are interested in, ingredient standards, and optional written feedback.
- For café and trade respondents, your name, business name, service context, current sweetener workflow, operating priorities, preferred next step, and an optional location count.
- Your marketing-consent choice and the time it was recorded.
- Basic visit and campaign details, such as the page you joined from, referral source, and campaign tags.
How we use it
We use your details to maintain the early list, send the immediate signup confirmation, prevent duplicate or automated submissions, and understand what coffee drinkers and café professionals value in maple-based and functional coffee additions.
Survey answers may be grouped into transparent internal themes such as use context, convenience, taste, ingredient standards, functional interests, operating needs, or commercial interest. Those themes guide research; they are not health conclusions or promises about a future product.
Email and consent
Joining requires clear consent to receive the immediate DUNMORE confirmation and occasional product and launch updates. A one-click unsubscribe system is being prepared. Until it is available, DUNMORE will limit email to the immediate confirmation message. You may ask us to stop messages at any time by replying to a DUNMORE email.
Your research answers are not placed in the customer confirmation email.
Who helps us
DUNMORE uses service providers for website hosting, secure data storage, bot protection, and email delivery. They process the information needed to provide those services for DUNMORE.
We do not sell early-list details or survey answers, and we do not publish individual responses.
How long we keep it
We retain early-list records while DUNMORE is researching and preparing its launch, and longer where needed for security, recordkeeping, or legal obligations. We aim to remove information that is no longer needed for those purposes.
Your choices
You may ask DUNMORE to correct or delete your early-list record through the verified contact details included in a DUNMORE message you have received.
